We are pleased to welcome you to South Pines Estate, a thoughtfully designed space created to host life’s most meaningful occasions. Our aim is to provide an elegant, versatile setting where gatherings of all kinds can be experienced with ease, comfort, and style.

Every event carries its own significance, and we believe the venue should reflect that. From intimate celebrations to grand gatherings, South Pines Estate is intended to be a place where moments are not only shared but remembered.

About the venue

Located in Sombra, Ontario, South Pines Estate is designed to host a wide range of events in a setting that is both welcoming and adaptable. From weddings and private celebrations to corporate functions and community gatherings, the space offers a lot of flexibility to suit different event types, themes, and requirements.

The venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for seated events and standing receptions. Both indoor and outdoor areas are available, giving you the option to create the right atmosphere for your occasion. For overnight stays, the 4500 sq ft home offers sleeping arrangements for up to 14, comfortably.

South Pines Estate is conveniently located near Sarnia, Chatham and Windsor.

The house

The house is a 4500 Sq ft oasis that offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated pool, games room and sits on 26 acres of private land.

It has been a successful operating Airbnb since 2018. The new owners purchased it in September 2024 and went through an extensive renovation spring 2025!

It offers privacy, a pond and a nature trail. When weddings aren’t being hosted, it continues as an Airbnb rental and event venue.

Amenities & Coordination

Our team is dedicated to making sure your event is seamless and memorable.

Inclusions

Your rental includes the tent, tables, chairs, and basic white linens. Additional decorative items are left to you! The house is completely furnished.

The venue is equipped with Wi-Fi and microphones.

Ample parking is available for guests on-site, with a maximum capacity of 100 vehicles in the back lot and an additional 10 driveway spots at the house.

We offer a variety of rental packages to help you create the perfect day, including event coordination.

Our experienced coordinator, Colleen Cifaldi, brings extensive event coordination experience and more than six years of planning and capturing life’s most meaningful moments.

Conveniences

The pool room is one of the standout features at South Pines, offering a fully enclosed, heated space and a 16 x 32 inground pool.

A glamping trailer is also available for rent; it sleeps 2 and is on-site, tucked away.
